Inspection of Glass / Particle of IR filter, Dig, Scrach, Chipping

This equipment is used to mount the IR filter on the housing of camera module.  This equipment is equipped with 2 heads, which are the attaching head and the dispensing head, which allow this equipment to apply epoxy and mount IR filter.  Due to the Auto-calibration feature utilizing a touch sensor and a laser sensor, the equipment automatically calculates the height of the housing and the need. Therefore, it is easier for setting up and provides a higher yield.
