Lens Module Assembly Machine

The lens module assembly machine is used to attach the lens module, which is a part of the camera module of a mobile phone, at a given height on the VCM housing using high precision vision technology.  By means of controlling the torque and a high precision laser sensor, the equipment prevents damages on the parts and attaches the part at the precise height.  In order to increase productivity, the design included two attachment units.  In addition to the basic driving shaft, the equipment also utilizes precision controlling stages in order to compensate for the processing errors of the lens jig.  In order to mitigate the amount of foreign objects created during the operation of the equipment is built using gore cable in addition to other measures to prevent foreign objects from entering it.​
