IR Filter Top and Bottom Inspection Machine

 

This machine is equipped with the function of filtering the defective items by inspecting the attachment status of the filter to the housing and the surface conditions on the top and bottom of the filters in the camera module automatically. 
Also, this equipment is capable of inspection contaminations, stains, S/c, chipping, damages, dents, or other defects originating from the process of washing the filters and attaching them to the housing. It also checks whether the bonding adhesive on the housing is evenly distributed, that is, whether the bonding adhesive is in excess or in shortage, ensure the filters are properly attached to the housing.
