This equipment is used to dice the IR filter used on the camera module and inspects the surface of the filter as on the original.  In order to enhance user convenience and productivity, the equipment utilizes magazines.  With superb vibration control, high precision control, high speed image processing, optimized lighting, and high resolution optical technology, the equipment boasts high speed inspection capability on various defects and high precision detection capability of 5um.
