Inspection of Glass / Particle of IR filter, Dig, Scrach, Chipping

​

본 설비는 IR Filter를 Camera Module의 Housing 위에 부착하는 장비이다. Attaching Head와 Dispensing Head로 구성된 2개의 Head가 있기 때문에 Epoxy 도포와  IR Filter 부착을 동시에 할 수 있다. 터치센서와 레이저 센서를 이용한 Auto Calibration 기능을 구현하여 니들의 높이와 Housing의 높이의 차이를 자동으로 계산하기 때문에  Set up이 편리하고 수율이 좋은 제품을 생산할 수 있다
